The hotel has fantastic views of the river from the comfortable, new rooms at a low cost. the breakfast is known to be delicious. You can get a taxi to the shuttle bus terminal for Tianmen Cave and Glass walk bridge in just ten minutes.
The staff's English is poor, and there were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including a broken shower.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. They used translation apps on their phones to help us with everything from transportation to planning our trip to the natural parks. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. the staff made our stay unforgettable!
Nothing could have been better. Our stay at the hotel was perfect in every way.

Over Christmas I had a great time staying at a lovely hotel by a river. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help us. the rooms were very clean, cozy and modern. We loved that the hotel was located near the center and very close to the Tianmen cable car.
We had no options besides boiled eggs.

The staff was extremely helpful, even though there was a language barrier. They gave great recommendations for nearby attractions and helped us navigate transportation. The clean and modern room had convenient amenities, like a roll down screen and daily fresh fruit.
The breakfast options were limited and not suited for international travelers. the elevator service was slow and one elevator for a multiple story building was inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. Despite the language barrier, they used a translation app to communicate and assist us with all of our requests. They even served us tea while we made arrangements. The rooms were clean and beautiful, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient. the hospitality and service we received made our stay here truly extraordinary.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location.
